Welcome to the JAG accreditation system. This online system supports the JAG accreditation process through self assessment and peer review.

The Chairman of JAG Professor Roger Barton endorses this system, please click here to read a letter from the Chairman.

This system is designed to enable sites being visited to complete the JAG questionnaire online and electronically upload documents to a given criteria. It will also help the JAG visiting team to review documents before a JAG visit to a hospital site.

The system has a built in scheduler to support the planning of all visits. This is maintained by the central JAG office

The JAG accreditation system will also allow users to mark documents for the GRS knowledge management system.
